handle bars for fat boy

I need new bars for my 2008 fatboy. I want a more straight bar, however, I have mustache bars and I don't want to be cramped up. The dealership that I do business with recommends the new Dnya Wide Glide bars with risers. I was thinking the narrow beach bars, but was told they will not help my wrist.

Best way is to go to the dealer and sit on as many different bikes as you can to get an idea of what feels best to ya . Most of the model specific bikes bars will interchange but sometimes cables , wiring etc. have to be changed as well .
What's wrong with your wrist ?

my wrists get numb after rides and I was told it is because of the handle bar position. I was also told to try new grips.

Why do you want new bars? Your hands go numb? Get some mini apes or apes. A lot of times a bad wrist angle can cause this, but it can also be caused by what we refer to as a death grip. Try loosening up your hands on the grips too.

I had the street slammer bars with integrated risers on my 09 fatboy. Really a nice mod. Did require all new cables which shot the cost up.
