LED run light not on

Hi
I have a 2013 Heritage Classic. 35000 miles. I put LED tail lights (68127-10, 68128-10) on it right after I got it. Today I seen that the left run light was not coming on.
It was late, hot, & dark when I got home tonight but I pulled the seat & didnt see the thing I remember putting on, but that could have been on the 07 I had.
I have a brake/run/turn signal kit on it (69461-06A) (I think) they do work that way & everything works but the one run light.? Did the 13s come with the brake/run/turn signal on it because I dont remember putting it on there.
I have been looking at the service manual & instruction sheets. I am still lost.
Any ideas what to look for would be appreciated!
Thanks is advance
Bill Hi

^^^^yep what he said about checking power with a multi-meter to see if any voltage is present. Then if not, you can trace the wire back to the connections, fuse box, etc. You do have a multi-meter don't you. Handy for these kinds of problems. It's rare a LED burns out, but a possibility. Having a good service and electrical manual is suggested too. Good luck!

Generally the LED's are attached to a circuit board. They tend to loose internal connections, crack, smoke gets out, etc. Your DVOM is your friend.

I found it! !
I took the tail light off & checked all the electrical connections that I thought would have voltage to them & they checked out. Then I messed around with things that I wasnt sure that I knew what I was doing & said this is probably over my head. Put it all back together & went for a ride.
While riding ,I though you dumb but!, you didnt check under the fender! Well I guess the tire was hitting the wires under there! I am now in the progress of splicing a wire. I guess me & my lady need to lose some weight & carry less stuff when we ride or hit less bumps. LOL
Thanks for all of your help
Bill
PS not trying to show how dumb I am, but what is DVOM? Never heard that before.
