Air cleaners

Has anyone installed the Screaming Eagle Ventilator performance air cleaner on their Fatboy? I have a 2012 & I am looking for any feed back on if the unit is worth the investment. I know a re-map is required.

Have it on my Ultra 2011 "103". I've had the SE heavy breather on a Heritage as well. IMHO all the SE air cleaners will function the same. They add a lot of air, and coupled with tru duals adds a noticeable difference in power. I like the Ventilator a lot more as doesn't get in the way of my right leg. It sits more flush to the engine and tank. I think it has a classy look.

This is a nice post in regards to the ventilator and the power duals. I'm contemplating Vance and Hines Power duals ( I have V&H Turn downs) and I'm not sure If I will go with a stage one using existing oem air cleaner, the Screaming Eagle Ventilator or going with the V&H Drak. I have a '12 Ultra Limited. Any thoughts would be helpful.

I have SE ventilator on 2010 FB with VH big shots,more air going in,always better. Very happy with upgrade. Also recently installed set Andrews cams,really woke up the motor.

Sounds like a plan. My thoughts are V&H slip ons, with the SE Ventorlater air box and a re-map. on my 5000 mile service. any additional imput would be helpful.

Yea I had to do a remap too,you may want to check with dealer about the remap with slip ons. I know when exhaust and a/c are changed the remap is required. Not sure if its needed with slipons. Either way its a good upgrade !
