Blackline Saddlebags

I have a 2013 Blackline and would like to put a set of leather saddlebags it. I have been told have I will have to re-locate the rear taillights. I am willing to rear locate the taillights but don't want to put a hole in the fender. Any ideas on bags or a way to move the taillights?

You will need to buy a tail light relocation kit. No drilling involved. Or you could just get a swing arm bag. Easy install.
