Deuce is looking better

My Deuce came with some rather unbecoming exhaust , sounded good but just looked kinda ratty. I won some Python staggered's on ebay for $180.00 so I put them on Wed night.

Looks alot better now , go's with the look of the bike , and I just like how the staggered's taper .

Not sure if I like the sound yet ,kinda loud, may go with some smartpartz hard core baffles.
I can't seem to break loose the allen head baffle retaining screws though. Put some corrosion X on them , road it and got it hot , still didn't want to budge. Guess I'll have to drill them out if I decide on the hard core baffles, then I gotta pull them back off

Can some one tell me how the rear foot peg attaches ? Looks as if I need a longer torks to reach into the yoke. I want to ditch the stock exhaust bracket and that is the last fastener holding it on.

Cool , it appears there's a torks in the yoke where the peg hinges.

Here's my 06 Deuce, don't know if these pics help ya though. I have chrome peg extenders on the rear pegs, but they mount the same way.

I did get the bracket off , it was a long torks in the center holding it on. Getting at it was the problem.

Looks 100% better 67 ! ..Musta felt great to chuck the old system across the garage floor.

Nice lookin Dueces fellas !... Oh and Dog, I like them LED lookin reflectors on the ends of your swingarm. .
