Hmm.. you openin pandora's box here. There is an unlimited number of mods out there.. more than I could list.
However, I think most mods are are based on taste and comfort..

Start by ridin' it. Then do stuff that makes it ride better. This is completely subjective to your personal wants and needs...
Get the idea?
Like you, in my case that stuff's already done... so I'm lookin' at improvin' the suspension next, 'cause that's what seems important now.

I dunno I guess its just me but this Bike is 97% perfect,,all stock
Tons of brakes with the Dual disk up front. I was able to pull the binders right down till both tires started to complain a bit,,Thinking of drilling out the rear disk to lower the rear brake power some.
The Front tubeless tire Is wider than the spoked rim 21" ones. Ride is just right,,the Roadster is not a low model tho. Found me some interstate bumps and tested a few narley odd ball bumps,,no problem.
When I first rolled the throttle the torque scared me a bit but after my first 10 miles I found it smooth and powerful. Been out in the twisties and she leans right down to the pegs, stays stable as a rock. I was even able to slip the rear tire with just a tad of throttle to tighten my radius/exit angle so I could roll on power harder right after the apex.
As for mods,,,maybe a tad thicker front shock oil and after I burn the sides off the Dunlops,,,Metzlers I think.
Or am I crazy for Riding a Sportster like a sport bike???
I love the thing, solid, powerful, looks great, Tons of Torque, wonderful Brakes, Im finding it painful kicking myself in the arse for not buying a Sportster along time ago. As far as I can tell HD has pretty much perfected the bike,,not much to do to it.
Cut me some slack boys this is my first Harley XD

so, i'm thinkin...spring seat., rigid tail with struts, and cutting the frame just behind the shock tops, bikini fender, and a few various mods to the rear end. add a springer front with apes, and you have the perfect 1up bike......and since i'm married, it aint never gonna happen.....g
