Need help building performance on '07 1200XL

I need some help. I have a 2007 sportster 1200 XLC with 12,000 well taken care of miles. I have chromed it from top to bottom with just about everything available on the market. I just recently purchased a 2007 street glide that has been built up for performance and decided now was a great time to do the same with my sportser. Things I have for the build up are:
(all Screaming Eagle) 1. Heads pt# 16677-07, 2. Tappets pt# 18562-02, 3. intake, 4. Race tuner, 5. Bassani sweeper pipes.

I plan on getting the pushrods(pt#18424-06), pistons(pt#22711-04B), and cams (not sure which one - I need help with this choice), and all the gaskets of course. Is there any thing else I need to consider, am I heading in the right direction? What cam should I use? I'm considering the 3 screaming Eagle options, p.47 2010 catalog pt# 25740-05, 25197-04, 25649-01A. Ultimately I am looking for a louder, quicker, more powerful bike, but I want long term reliability as well. I just want to crack the throttle and go. Thanks.

You will get more performance out of your engine if you decide to use Buell heads, cylinders, pistons..etc.

Check out Zippers web site ... a lot of good info on building Sporty engines there .
