What was the First

What was the very first MOD you did to your bike when you got it?

I brought mine home on a Tuesday and by next Tuesday I put slip-ons...

I strapped on my gas buddy. Oh, and I tightened up the rear shocks.

oh wait, you meant like change something from stock?! hell, I don't know-- I got pegs, grips, mirrors, etc... but the first performance stuff I did was 3 months after I bought the bike- se slips and heavy breather.
