Sportster fairing
Hi! I need some help. I bought a 07' Sportster 1200L which has a fairing with a stereo & 4 speakers. I've seen sportster fairings with 2 speakers so I can only assume this an after market fairing made for a different bike. Reason being is, my headlight does not pertrude visible enough thru the fairing as it sits to far back. I know this is a girly question, but what do I need to purchase for my headlight to show thru the fairing. I'm gonna try yo upload a pic so I can show the fairing.

Is there any identifying info on the faring, or can you contact PO and see what brand?
If you know who made it, there is a good chance you can find out what it is supposed to fit and how to properly install it.
If that thing cuts off any light from your headlamp, I suggest getting it fixed ASAP. IMHO there is barely enough light from my sportster head lamp to start with.

Like my wife sayz..."Geezis that's huge"!!... .. ..
I put one on my buds bike, same bike as yours. 2007 1200c. He got his from Tsukayu. fits similarly. He just had to add an extended style headlight bezel to get it to look better. I'll try & get some front pics...

The fairing is installed correctly. My friend has an '03 Wide Glide (pictured here, 1st on the left) and it does not impede the light quality. It may look funny because it's not a bagger but he loves it, especially since he doesn't have to pick the bugs out of his teeth on long trips.

Misinlink, there's no visible Id on the fairing that I can see, I may have to take it off, then maybe i can purchase mounting hardware from the company. And youre right, there's not enough light. I really like having the fairing with the music and keeping the bugs/wind off my face. Thanks

I love his bike, thanks for sharing the photo. My fairing looks like its installed properly but I've seen sporster fairings that fit better which made me wonder if I shield change the fairing.

Craiger, I went on tsukayu website recently to help my friend get hard bags for her Honda. I was wondering if they had a mounting kit I could purchase so I think I'm gonna give them a call. Your buddies bike looks nice with that fairing. If you get a front pic, please post so I can see it, tsukayu has a sale now. . Ill go look up extended style headlight bezels. Thanks.
Thanks to everyone for your suggestion!
