I am really going to show my stupidity here but I guess I am just old and stupid. I have the screamin eagle air filter kit that changed the back to the stock oval air filter, Vance & homes staggered short shots and the power commander module with a canned map downloaded. Do I have a real "Stage 1" upgrade?

Give me a real answer before you make fun of me please...

Ok I am ready for ridicule.

Well I just took my bike in for the V&H longs, a power modular and SE air filter (w/stock cover) and the dealer called it a stage 1 install on the work order. However I am not an authority on this. Just going by what they said and wrote at the dealership.

yes you do....

I guess I didnt write this very well. The Screamin Eagle air filter kit that I installed kept the chrome oval cover but replaced the back plate, air filter, and the crank case vents. That is installed with the pipes and PCIII.

I guess I wrote that I put back on the stock air filter. that is not what I did.

I suppose I have Stage 1 then.

Yep...Better breathing air cleaner + freer flowing pipes + air/fuel mixture adjustment = Stage 1.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I've got SE slip-ons and air filter but I be darned if I can find a power module fuel controller. So how is this possible and not have ANY decel popping or pinging? Do I have a factory reflash then? Is that still a stage 1?

The ECM reflash along with pipes and AC is Stage1.
