Thanks for that. One question, looking at the picture, the left side of the wheel, is that spacer or axle I see there?

use a # 4 screwdriver to tap the axle out or a slide hammer.

If the axle has a countersink in the nut end don't put anything into it like a punch or similar tool and hit with a BFH, the axle end can split.

use a slide hammer to pull the axle out if there is a inditation on the end of the axle you can use a #4 screwdriver to push the axle out.
