Did some minor work this summer in prep for our annual roadie. Relocated the rear signal lights, added a QD luggage rack, and slapped some bags on. This winter, the bags come off, the rear fender gets chopped, thee luggage rack goes in the trash (piece of crap), and I'm getting some swing arm bags instead.

I've changed the look of my bike this week, and I am so very much in love with the new look. I wish I'd thought of doing this a few months ago, instead of at the (near) end of the riding season. Oh well, I will be even more excited about next year than normal.

No I didn't mess with the rod. That is all adjustable though.

not on mine, I put a bend in mine to lower the pedal.
Might give it some more !
