Lowering an '08 Peace Officer

I am looking at purchasing an '08 Ultra Classic Peace Officer edition but will want to lower it because of my height. I looked on Harley's web site and the "Touring Lowering Kit" says "not for Road King or Police Models". Does that include the Peace Officer bike? If so then how would one lower the front?

Hi,
I have an 07 RK custom (FLHRS) and the harley catalogue says "not for FLHRS" on most of its parts - rubbish ! I have bought about £1500 of "extras" for my bike and they ALL fit no problem.
(single seats etc).
Ask around and I bet the parts you need fit your peace officer.
