Just Installed Progressive 444's on the Road Glide

Huge difference from the stock shocks, easy install and really smooths out the ride. Had to play with the proper setting for Solo and with a passenger, will probably have to go another turn with the tour pack on and loaded.

The only drawback is the saddle bags must be removed for adjustment. The ride quality is worth it though

Anything over stock is a step in the right direction. I have the 940's on my SG, and wouldn't go back to stock if you paid me to.
2011 Harley of sorts....

Just put 444s on about two weeks ago; have the setting set in the middle with HD springs.
It is hard to tell just how much of an effect that have on my bike's improved handling, because I did them simultaneously with Progressive monotube cartridges in the forks and new Michelin CEII tires, but overall my bike is a compleley different beast from what it was with the stock set-up.
My wife has nerve damage in her arm and is very sensittive to rough riding, and she liked riding on this new set-up better than the old (when I would vary the air pressure in the stock shocks between 30 and 50 lbs. it didn't seem to matter as the ride was never smooth enough for her.)
Black Sabbath, Red 100s, and my bike belting out 4000 RPM. And making my wife squeal. These are a few of my favorite things....
