big front end on an 08 lowrider?
sorry guys,im trying to navigate this site on a phone..i hope this is not a redundent question..i have an 08 fxdl,and would like to put a softail,or flh frontend on it..anybody done this,and what would fit? are the head stems the same size?thanx

there are plenty of aftermarket front ends also..I myself wanna add a little rake to my FATBOB, but there's nothing..A wide glide front end I know will work if it's more of a rake your looking for? Looks good to  or if you looking for a bulkier look...mmmm not sure? again, after market has lots of options..good luck

Yes it will fit. Both have 1" stems.... Not sure of the year cut-off for internal stops VS externals. Try to get a front as close to your own year as possible, or make sure you have the right stop set-up.

yup, easy to do...I even put a 41mm wideglide style aka 05 FX softail front end on a volkswagon trike....It's just tubes, shafts and bearings...with a little engineering anything can happen...
What's the most rare Harley out there ?? anybody know ????

thanx guys,,i was just wondering about the stem size.Now that i know they are the same,endless possibilities.I have 1 year of warranty left,,after that,its gonna look like a roadking,which i would have bought if it didnt have the B case engine..(my wife likes the way the dyna shakes)..who woulda known lol
