Front fork oil

My 09 Road King rides like the forks are full of oil. Anyone know what the book calls for amount & type?
I would take it back to the dealer but its a long trip.

10.2 ozs wet

11.2 ozs dry

10 weight oil.

Without draining it, measuring how much came out and then refilling it, you won't know what's in there.
