stock length shocks

lookin at getting the progressive 440's for my road king classic, can anyone let me know the stock length please. also if i want to lower the rear 1'', do i just buy 1'' shorter shocks? thanks frank.......

I dont know the stock length but the answer to your second question is yes.

I'm pretty sure the stock length shock for that bike is 13" eye to eye, so you would need 12" shocks to lower it @1".

Looking for some progressive shocks for my 05 Dyna super glide.need to soften up the ride..I'm alittle heavy and ride 2 up ,not much weight there... was looking at the Heavy Duty ones......about $700.00 bucks... don't know if they were the 412's or 440's.........are they worth the money and will I tell any difference in my ride...........I replace the springs in my front end with progressive springs it help there.....but didn't cost as much as these shocks...
