Your bike has a total of 5.69" front and 3.69" rear suspension travel.
This is measured from hanging sag (bike hanging in the air plus 1" for the top out spring) to full suspension compression. You want to untimately be riding in the middle to 3/4 of that travel, so at 2.5" compression from static sag, (bike on ground at rest with you off of it) you're right about in the middle, where you want to be.
You'll see 2.5" of 4.69 inches. (1" topout spring deduction included)
