Loose spokes on rear wheel

I recently took a trip to Colorado and on the way developed a severe wobble. I pulled into Mile High Harley and discovered that all my spokes were loose in my rear rim and one was broken. I had it repaired, but after I got back to Kansas and riding approximately 900miles I developed the wobble again. Again, all of my spokes are loose. Does anyone know a permanent fix for this besides changing over to mags?

Spokes

That is why I won't have a bike with spokes! Rims all the way. Sorry, Let's hear the benefits of spokes over rims? I'm justs saying my flavor is rims, each have their own flavors. I'd replace them with some chrome wagon wheels from the maker.
