You just need to watch the amount of torque you are applying to an
end of the bike when it is up on the craftsman jacks.
Unlike the table lifts, the bike is only supported in the middle - so if you really tried hard enough, you could tip the bike off at one end.
The jacks come with tiedown straps (at least the red one I have does) which can help prevent some tippage, but you still need to watch yourself...
I use mine on a bike for winter storage to keep the wheels off the ground so they don't get flat spotted while I wait for the snow to melt.
