Street Glide Tour Pack question

I have an 09 Street Glide and currently have a "shorty" sissy bar on it. It's the removable one. My question is this: if I buy a tour pack for my Glide, is it removable and also will the existing mounting hardware from the sissy bar work with the tour pack, or do I need to get different mounting hardware? I'm hoping it's compatable, but with Harley, who knows? They always make it so you have to spend more cash.
Also, when I mount it, will I need an antenna relocator kit if I have a shorty aftermarket antenna? Thanks.

I've ordered this for my 09 FLHX.

You have to use the 4 point docking hardware for the tour pak mounting hardware. It's an HD remember......

4 Point docking station: PN# 54205-09 $149.95

Color matched King Tour Pack Street Glide: PN# 79071-09CYS $724.95
(Yours looks like Red Hot Sun Glow?)

Street Glide Back rest: PN# 51634-06 $229.95

Detachable 2-up tour pack mount:PN 53276-09A $179.95

I already had the 4 point docking hardware. At Zanottis's it was$1074 shipped.

Well, what I was looking to do is buy the tour pack to replace the shorty sissy bar, and have a seat back on the tour pack. After reading my original post, I see I wasn't completely clear so I apologize. Is replacing the sissy bar what you were talking about as well, or keeping it on the bike? Sorry for the confusion.

So basically, I have to buy the 4 point docking hardware in addition to the grand I have to spend for all of the other stuff? WIth the removable sissy bar, isn't that a 4 point already? It locks onto the front 2, then clicks in place over the back 2. Or am I confused? (which is always a possiblity).

I already have the removable sissy bar, so I was thinking I had the four point docking hardware already on the bike. No?

No you probably have 2 point only. The front of the sissy bar slides over shock mounts, you will need the 4 point.

Been there done that and still had the info right here......

I'm actually still waiting for mine to arrive....

I think Btown Bagger is right... you might only have the 2 point docking hardware... if not you would have 2 docking post not being used.

However, that set-up will work but it will only be set up for solo riding (detachable solo tour-pak mount PN# 53260-09). The front hooks on the shock mount the rear will hook in the docking station. This puts the tour-pak up closer to the rider. Check the HD website it will show ya all the options..
Good luck....

Thanks a bunch. I will need it set up for two up riding. So I guess I'll just have to spend the bucks. Now if I get it from that site that was mentioned, does Harley install it?
