Passing Lamps fogging over??
Hey, just curious if anyone else is having problems with their passing lamps fogging over on any "09" models? Mine are on my RK and my buddies are on his Ultra. I did call and speak with HD directly and they said that until they get "numerous" complaints about this they won't warrant them!!!! May i add that this is BS!!! Jas.

You might not like my answer but I would drill a 1/8th hole in the bottom of them to let em allow condensation out.If they have some already make sure they are not glogged.

I never noticed it on mine. I keep them on all the time, but there's very little humidity out here.

It doesn't look like moisture as much as it does smoke. Mine started at the top of the lamp.
btw RDKing09,What number did you call? I will call the same one. Do you have a name of someone to talk to?

My 09 RK also has the smoke, not moisture look too, and they are Halogen Headlamps.

I thought it was smoke myself until i did a "Save the Plant" ride here in York PA. It rained on the way over and when i parked it they were completely fogged over. I leave mine on all the time too!! I've never blown a bulb but IMO i just don't think they should be smoked or fogged!! Jirvin, thanks for askin!!! heres the customer service # i called (414)343-4056. Unfortunately i don't have a contact name, they will ask for your vin# so u might wanna have that handy. And Badass, knowing my luck i'll drill holes and it'll get worse!!!
