As long as roads are clear. I have rode at 12 degrees and was not fun tho! I like to take new riders out when it is really cold and watch them shake

The wife and myself just rode this weekend at 5C - only one other crotch rocket on the road. Ice on my deck this morning but we'll get a few more rides in before the snow comes for good. However, I did notice in the cold my tires don't have anywhere near the grip as in summer - cold weather driving is an entirely different experience - turns have to be taken slower and braking much earlier. Not to mention of course numb legs - guess its back to chaps for even short rides now.

Year round

I ride year round as long as there is no snow in the roads. I bought a Gerbing electric jacket liner, gloves and thermostat and LOVE them, best money ever spent. Rode today in the pouring rain to work and was toasty warm.

got stuck rinding home in a snow storm two years ago from MASS to Southern NH, the last 3 miles in total snow cover, talk about fun!
