V & H Power Duals vs Stock ??

Out of curiousity has anybody compared the Vance and Hines Power Dual Head pipes with the stock ones on a 09 Touring bike ? Are they worth the money ? Any better performance ? I'm reading the performance gain is less. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanx......

I emailed Vance & Hines several weeks ago about this and they said you would gain 2 hp on the 09 touring models.
