Headset Volume

I have a 07' CVO Ultra Classic. I can't seem to find a way to adjust the headset volume for the radio. When the PPT up and down are used it changes the stations on the radio and when it's pressed in it changes from FM to WB/XM/AM and so forth. I'd like it better if that was not available to the passenger. Does anyone have any answers to this? The volume is the big issue.

Thanks

It's not the intercom volume it's the radio volume. The radio is blasting and she can't turn it down. I have yet to find a way to get the volume turned down. When you use the PPT up/down switch on the rider armrest it only changes the radio stations (scans up or down).

Headset volume

The speaker button on the console has to be in the forward position. She uses her PTT button, on her right side to adjust her volume. You use your Audio button located on the far left of the left handle bar.

Ok - I guess I never noticed that there are two switches on the tour pack one on the right and one on the left. The left one is the one I was trying to use to adjust the volume. I got it now the RIGHT side (which I never knew was there) is for the volume. This is backwards from the handle bar controls.

Thanks MPORTTEUS!!!! I appreciate it.

You are welcome. It does seem a bit unusual that the passenger controls are reversed. Glad I cold help out.
