hi guys looking for an opnion on halogen bulbs
hi guys i looking to beef up my lights. i would like to do 2 things to beef up the lights. i would like to upgrade the center light to a more powerful light.any recommendations? then i would like to add two light lights .the type i had on my road king . they attached to the upper part of the highway bars they where in the shape of the semi circle. so any thoughts i cant find them any where. the highway bar lights are the same as the ones on the road glide.

I like the Sylvania Silverstar bulbs for better visibility in stock headlamps. They're still 55/65 what bulbs, but I'm always nervous about adding too high of watt bulbs, for fear of heat issues and melting wiring. I've seen it in cars..... The light is a blue-ish tint, but not like these tuner cars. The light makes everything look "clearer", rather then a yellow light from a standard bulb. To me at aleast.......
I've seen the lights you're talking about, (add-ons for the highway bar) in Kuryakyn's catalogue. Maybe check there, or J&P Cycles | Motorcycle Parts and Motorcycle Accessories to see what they have.

If you put em in just add a relay so the wires dont get overloaded and its less strain on your chargin system.

Occurs to me now that I can't compare a single headlight to a Road Glide.
For a LowRider or V-Rod, this worked so well that I did it twice.
Installed HI&LO headlight relays, 10ga direct power & ground, driving lights w/both
