Can I use the MP3 jack to plug in ear buds and listen to the radio, CD instead of buying some HD part ... if so is there a "trick" to getting an output from this jack - 2010 Street Glide
It's NOT an earphone jack . Any audio device that produces a preamplified signal can be plugged into that jack . The output from the device is routed through the reciever's amplifier section to get sound through the speakers .
