The Question: Will a 2016 Road Glide Seat fit a 2008 Street Glide? I have heard that the Road Glide seat is pretty comfortable.

Short answer: No. None do.

Frame change in 2009.

Will a 2016 Road Glide Seat fit a 2008 Street Glide?

2008 ultra classic with a 2013 street glide seat. 9line09's bike. We installed this seat last week and it fits fine.
We tried my seat off of my 2015 road glide before he purchased this seat, it fit as well.

Well.....COOL. Is it a direct fit? I'd love to update the seat on my 2005.

However, the dash changed in 2008, and that may be why it works on your 2008. The older dash is shorter, and then there's a gap where the seat doesn't reach the dash. There's a filler panel that you have to buy to make it look right.

Does the front and rear tabs fit correctly and line up or do you have to adjust them???

Dave there was no adjustment needed we only had to push down on the back to install the seat screw. approx. 1/4 inch.

Good to know. Like I said, 2007-down, you need to get that filler panel. Actually, I don't have to, cause I have a tank bra on, and you won't see it anyway.

Thanks for the good info.
