Ultra Classic Radio

Harley OEM Radio & Speakers are weak. What's the best way to get better sound at highway speed without SPENDING a fortune?

They say it can't be done .. but I got mine at Walmart, Pioneers for $38.00 , and they sound great...they also have almost a plastic type speaker alot more water proof than the stock HD ones...

Don't remember the model...but you will see them 51/4' ..if you bike is older say 2000 -2006 or2007 they will work.. Iam pretty sure read your owners man. and reade the sperker box ...It sure works good on my 04 FLHTCI....You will have to pay a lot more to get anything better I think... coolnk...And I all so put foam water pipe insulation behind them with some duct tape to make an enclosure and that made a big differce too........just my HO

Speakers

Tried the Pioneer (4ohm) speakers and got what I paid for, NO DIFFERENCE.
Not going to go on cheap anymore, so I guess I'll bite the bullet and go with better speakers. Will I need to get an amplifier to go with good speakers to get more wattage?
