Look for the cheap fixes first! That has always been my motto with Harley-Davidson's. More than likely, nine times out of 10 too much primary oil. Even overfilling by an ounce or two can make a huge difference. Second cheap fix, clutch cable adjustment, and the third cheap fix
have the dealer slightly adjust the transmission selector. More than likely as I said, too much primary fluid..

had a 2010 and now a 2013 ultra, same issue. i found that when you go to pop it up in N, pop the throttle a lil and it seems to work woth both i have had, both brand new 7-11 miles on it when i got it.
