Yeah, I understand that....When you put the bridged numbers down....I knew what the stereo output would be.... I'd still be careful with the gains.... these newer amps aren't nearly as clean as the old ones, and you really need to check the THD at rated output.. While a good speaker can stand 170 watts, it needs to be "clean" 150 watts, at a THD of 5-10% (which some are) will Blow a 170 watt speaker up in no time.... Don't know all the specs on the Fosgate. It's usually Distortion more then Power that blows a speaker. I used to be a competitor in the 12V media (car audio) long long time ago...I saw a lot of speakers ruined by Distortion.....
