Wow! Glad you are ok. Great that the bike won.
Feral hogs are getting bad here. Haven't heard about a bike hitting one, but they are tearing up cars.

I'll take pics in the morning. The damage seems to be solely the fender. I kinda figure I hit it in the head and spun it away from me. I do remember braking hard and moving to the right as best I could w/o going off-road. It happened so fast, yet time seemed to slow to a crawl. As a biology teacher I understand the phenomenon...but, experiencing it....again (has happened before)....is really weird.

For the fright that the hit gave me the damage is quite minimal.
Still am amazed at how hard that hit was and how little damage...I wonder what would have happened on my sport bikes?
