Hey Rhino,
Thanks for the info, you can bet that if I could, I'd be at your cave wrench'en.

I'm having the Power Duals and heavy breather installed for a complete stage one and I thought I'd be pretty good to go, but now, after our conversation I have more to contemplate.

I'll keep you updated.

Rhino, still have you on my mind about pulling the fairing off. You still say it's not too hard ehh. I can get the Boom Audio fairing speakers for about $120.

Those were on my bike when I bought it ..... they are nominally better than the stock speakers on my buddies ultra ..... my suggestion if you are going to go to the trouble of pulling apart the front end, is invest in an upgraded amp as well. It will give you a much more rewarding end product for all of the effort you will invest in the install.

Rhino, point well taken. I'll see how my cash flows fairs through the winter as I'm having pipes and dyno time. But I don't know if Im more excited about the actual speakers or doing myself. I keep looking at your pics and I think it's pretty cool. Thanks for the continued inspiration.
