Ok I have read a lot in here about valve train noise. Like most i had that noise so i decided to investigate the noise. I changed the adj pushrods and still had noise. Checked the lifters for bleed down issues and they were good. Pulled the heads and check valves and piston to valve clearance all checked good. So i pulled the cam chest out. What I found was that my primary tensioner had a hydraulic lock. Which means that the tensioner would not relieve the pressure that it had built, and was stuck in the fully extended postion applying what i believed was too much tension on the chain. So i replaced the tensioner and put the bike back together. Fired her up and she was a quiet as the day i bought her. I pulled the tensioner apart and after fiddeling with it finally got it to move freely. no debris came out of it or out of the ports in it.
Bike is running quiet and great. Hope this helps you all out.
