How do they ride?
Owned a few OTHER bikes before, just settling into the idea of a Harley now, looking at the Fat Bob,,,,, but,,,,, i'm curious.
What are these like to ride?
Are they comfortable, fast, do they handle? Do they still ride like a harley?
What do you like about them?
M?

what do you mean "Ride like a Harley" my road glide is made comfortable and sporty. its not a crotch rocket and it's not a Goldwing. still has torque and comfort. my guess is you gotta rent ar try a few. just remember if ya rent those bikes are not tuned for optimum performance. when i rented a road glide it had no guts. a few little tweeks on mine and it is a different bike.

they ride like they SHOULD!!!..ViBrAtE...They handle & look better than any other bike out there..No knock off even comes close no matter how hard they try. There's a whole different feeling when riding a HD..
Im confused? Fatbob is not a V-rod? So not sure what section your looking @??

The V-rod has it's own manners , like no other Harley models . Best way is to go to the dealership and test ride or rent one for a day .

Ok, I see how my question was worded poorly and causing confusion...... I've been looking at Fatbobs..... but I was ALSO curious about the V-rods......and wondered what they were like to ride.
I was on the HD web site and it says something about chose your dream bike or some such thing and you answer questions regarding how you like to ride, where, seating position , what you wanna spend etc. and V-rod keep coming up as one of my possible choices..... according to the answers I gave.
laff, I know a V-rod is not a fat bob, laff. One is black (ok, that was a joke guys)

Ride is one thing, but acceleration is quite another. Nothing by HD compares to the V-Rod. (Remember to rev it up - the fun starts just about where redline is on the airheads)

Hello everyone I am new to the site and Harley for that matter. I come from a family of HD's and it is my time to step on into the HD family.. My mom got a 07' Sportster few months back and I fell in love with riding.. I saw the 2010 Night rod special in the 2010 bike book and fell head over heals.. so my question is.. for a girl about 5'7 160 LB.. not much riding experience will I be ok on this bike as my "first"? My mom is a 20 year + experienced rider so i am confident she will teach me the ropes but I am more concerned with size, power, etc. I am looking to get a gently used 07'.
Thanks in advanced for any feedback comments and tips !!
