Grab Strap Question...

Should the grab strap on a two-up seat have a bit of slack in it or not? I followed the kit instructions to bolt it to the front of my rear fender, then slipped the seat through it when I put it on (no instructions on how I was to do that, so I improvised). If I shove the strap forward on the seat it snugs up, but if you pull up on it there's about 3/4 inch of slack until I snug it forward again.

I hear that. Thought I'd put it on for when the kids ride with me. They tend to hold on a little tight.

I always have the kids hold on to me, not the strap so I don't have one either....

Sometimes I feel like an idiot. But I am an idiot, so it kinda works out!

After what I went through to put it on, I don't want to take the darn thing off. When I swap seats it'll go in the tool box.

After I scratched my fender, off it went.
