Brake light not working

I have a 2010 Fatboy lo, I have no brake light using the front nor rear brake. I checked the rear brake light switch with a jumper and it blew the fuse.

You only need to post it once. Might try an introduction first. Sounds like a short somewhere.

I'm not sure you have a short. If I understand you correctly the fuse does not blow when press the brake. If it blew when you jumpered the switch you may have shorted to ground accidentally.
I say the bulb is burnt out.
Check the voltage at the socket.
It's very unlikely that both brake switches are bad.

Introduction would be good. I'm willing to bet the light is on. Make sure your switch covers are tight together at brake and throttle side. Common mistake.

30 years ago I struggled with a turn signal that would not work after I put a bra on the front of the car. I wish I had realized 30 min sooner, I had the ignition off. Sometimes it's an easy fix.

Common problem. Brake light switch is shorted keeping the brake light on all the time. Most of the time it is the rear switch that is failing. Disconnect one of the wires going to the rear brake light switch and see if that changes things. If not do the same thing for the front switch.
