If you have basic mechanical skills, tools and the Factory service manual, it would be the cost of the oil you choose, filter, and O ring pack. You didn't say what kind of bike but on my Ultra the 5000 mile service was nothing more then making sure a whole bunch of stuff was tight and an engine oil change. I choose to do all three holes every 5000 miles so there is just a bit more oil. If you don't have the tools or the service manual, you should invest in them and you will save a TON of money over the years and enjoy knowing it got done right and with good oil.
If those kind of things are not in your wheel house I just wasted a bunch of your time reading that! It really is easy though. A small investment in tools and time and lots of money in your pocket for accessories and beer.
My dealer in Savannah charges $100 USD an HOUR for service. I'm betting $300USD, @396CAD minimum. Just for the labor!!
Blessed beyond measure.
