Oil line replacement

Hey all. I am trying to replace the oil line on my 03 harley sportster 1200. The particular one I'm talking about is on the right side and goes up in a 90 angle almost (vent line I think) Every one has told me to get a line wrench. No problem. Here's my problem (and in my opinion, a design flaw) I CANT GET TO IT! LOL.
Right angle doesn't work. Left side, there is something in the way. Please help.

From where to where does this hose go? For what it's worth, the breather hose does not need a line wrench.

It starts from the bottom middle of the engine and end to the top , next to the oil filter on the right hand side

A manual for your bike is helpful.

If the hose doesn't connect to anything at the top it's the case vent hose. I would just cut the hose off at the case fitting and pull it out, much easier to get at the fitting for the new hose. Use a side cutter to cut the hose clamp.
