Thoughts on what i am missing or need to get spark? The picture is how i have bike wired new ignition switch, starter and plug wires. The motor turns over but wont fire.

Yes it has fuel and the light on ignition module is on when ignition is on and flashes when i push start button. I thought it was a timing issue so tried to set to tdc per service manual and adjust per crane cam manual. Crane cam manual says light should go off when you turn clockwise, never turned off so maybe its not true tdc?

Have you checked to see if there is spark at the plugs? remember you will need to have both plugs connected to see spark.
