I know what you mean . . .

My wife's bike has the opposite problem - She has a 2016 Forty-Eight and it holds 2.1 gallons of gas. I keep a five-gallon gas can in the garage so I can top off her bike after each ride.

Big Fuel Tanks are nice as long as ride enough to keep the ethanol from turning to water .,.

I don't have anywhere around here to get non ethanol gas so now I add some Lucas Ethanol Conditioner to my tank as soon as I get home after filling up. It also has fuel stabilizer in it. And my gas cans in the garage for my mower, weedeater and chain saws have the Lucas stuff in them. Damn corn!

Our local Kwik Trips have 91 Octane "Recreational" gas that is non-ethanol.

Yep, been there.. My Ultra provided a "light show", perhaps in protest to me for allowing the "Low Fuel" lamp & warnings to illuminate! She light 'em ALL up: Chk Engine, Low Fuel, Service Eng...The works! I was near panic as i filled her back up. Luckily, when I re started the engine, the protest had dismantled. She was fat & happy again!

yep, mine sputtered a couple times and I could see the gas station about 200 yards away. This time I think the low range/estimated remaining might have been just a little optimistic.

I would've stopped earlier but I changed paths a little and went further than intended. Plus I was between Owensville and Bowling Green so not an abundance of places. No excuse, but at least now I have a cool pic of how much will go in an empty tank

$3.359 per gallon sucks. Why does anyone live in California?

Seriously. I put 4 gallons of 93 octane in one of my hot rods and a year later it was 90% water. lots of cussing that day.

I paid $3.489/gal today in Boca Raton. South Florida is expensive as phuck, don't know how anyone can afford to retire and move down here. To be fair though, Boca can be as much as $0.50/gal higher than in other area's.
