Electrical help needed, lights

I have a 2003 EGC and one of the front signals doesn't light up when the bike is on. The turn signal will work and flash when activated, but the light doesn't turn on and stay on. The other turn signal stays on and flashes when activated.

Could it be a fuse? It's always on a tender and the battery is pretty new.

Thanks for any insight.

Have you tried swapping the bulbs?

No not a fuse or the other lights wouldn't work either. Like said swap the bulbs or just get a new one at the auto parts store or Walmart if you're feeling brave !

Are there 2 bulbs in there?

The turn signal light is solid yellow and on all the time when the bike is running, then it'll blink when I activate the turn signal.

Now one is off and the other one is on when the bike is running. But both work fine when I activate each turn signal and blink. So I know the bulb still works, but it doesn't turn on and stay on when the bike is running.

The bulb has two filaments, one for turn signal and one for running light.

If it is an 1157 (typical running/turn signal bulb) the little protrusions on the side of the bulb base which engage the slots in the socket are at different heights from the bottom of the base. The socket slots are at different heights also, so the bulb will only go in one way. Be sure to match the positions or you won't be able to latch the bulb into the socket.
