Clutch Leaver click sound from primary

Hello,

I started noticing something in my clutch leaver as im releasing the clutch from 70-100% a click sound comes from primary. Never felt this before.

After warming up my bike i start riding and few mins after when im rolling in first gear i hear a click sound from primary and i feel my clutch leaver isnt as smooth as it used to be when i first started riding this bike. I took it to HD as the bike has full warranty until 2022 (Took extended warranty) and the Mechanic said he feel it too. So i book an appt with them and drop the bike off the day off.

I get a call from HD service manager in Winnipeg and he tells me there is nothing wrong with the bike but the Mechanic who took it for a ride clearly said something is lose but the manager said nothing is wrong and keep riding and to come back if this bothers me.. So a month later i went back and they book me in and a day later get the call and manager said the same thing as before that this is how harley's run. I rode my friends brand new HD and the clutch leaver on that bike is smooth the way mine used to be. SO there is clearly something wrong but HD wont open it up to look around as the warranty people wont pay them to look around. He wanted $400 from me to look around on a fully warrantied bike. I really like this bike and want to keep it for long but i cant deal with this anymore.

Is there anyone out there that can shed some light on this? Please and thanks.

This is my first post so if i made a mistake please forgive me.

Thank you and waiting for a response.

I think going to a different dealer in Winnipeg is not just a jaunt down the road.

If this is a 2016 Fatboy I'll chance a guess that the comp sprocket is coming apart.

yes sir. I know there is something different though as the clutch was super smooth and now its not. They say not to dump the clutch and im not dumping the clutch. I feel they're just pushing me away and not wanting to do the work.
