History
This is one of only 25 specially commissioned Corvette's used to parade the drivers around the track in pre-race ceremonies at the inaugural "Brickyard 400" on 8/6/1994. Rusty Wallace was in this car prior to the race, the only single driver riding in a car, as all other cars had two drivers per car. The eventual race winner, Jeff Gordon, was paraded around the track in this car in post-race ceremonies. It was Jeff's second NASCAR win as he had won Charlotte earlier in the year. Jeff is now the 3rd winningest driver in Nascar history behind only Richard Petty and David Person. It is a one owner car with only 51,000 miles and is currently for sale.
