Lagoon Blue/Gloss Black/CHROME
Custom Rebuild by Me
Originally red in color, the(most recent?) previous owner decided to turn the cycle into a rat-bike. All chrome was removed and all parts were primed and repainted in either flat black or battleship gray. I run a pawn shop and this bike came to me in a less-than visually-attractive condition. I purchased the bike for the shop for $900.00. After looking at her for two days in the shop, I decided that she deserved a better fate and needed to be restored to some of her original glory. So, 1400.00 and now she rests at wait in my garage/shop. The bike came with a wooden footlocker full of a lot of the original chrome pieces, all rusted and looking like hell. In the last two weeks I've managed to restore all of the chrome, acquire a new set of handle bars for her(6" rise hangars) rear brake light, front and rear signals. All donated by friends, one who has a repair shop, one who shares a love for bikes. She's been stripped down nearly as far as possible without removing the engine, which thankfully, runs incredibly well. All I need now is an original replacement left-hand handle bar grip, a forward control kit and a replacement rear fender(original was chopped by the rear 1/3) I expect within the next 3 weeks, with luck and steady attention, she will be back on the road!
