03 Ultra Classic Shut off issue

Hi,
My 2003 ultra classic has been shutting off on me while running down the road. Everything on the dash goes dark. If I rotate the ignition/accessory switch the dash will eventually light up and I can crank the motor. The bike starts up fine. It will start up fine and run well for an indeterminate length of time it could be 2 miles or 200 miles before it shuts off on me again. I have had it to the dealer and they replaced the main circuit breaker. I wrote it for about 200 miles and it shut off on me again. Any ideas out there?

Ignition switch, clean or replace

Could be the ignition switch. It’s two parts, the mechanical and the electrical.

I’d also check the wiring before I replaced it. Pull the outer and check all the wiring around the steering neck very closely. The motion of the steering can run the wiring against the frame over time and wear a bare spot.
