Maybe more like millimeters???
180 vs 200 tire size
Please correct me if I'm wrong. The 180 or 200 is in center meters? So a 200 would need 10cm more clearance on each side?

It's millimeters, and you I think you can figure around 25.4 mm per inch. Will be about 3/4" wider
Well..sort of. Different tire manufactures tires are not all the exact same width for the same designated size. One manufacturers 180 might be a little wider than another manufacturers.
