Well, I have a 2018 Sportster 48 Special and changed the rear wheel and tire. I went with a 2009 Harley Fat Bob 16x5 rear wheel with a Dunlop 180/65B16 white wall...bought everything off eBay and did everything myself. $120.00 wheel, $190.00 Dunlop white wall. Kept same belt, swing arm, factory spacers, and rear fender but painted the rear wheel black. Changed the seat because I cut the swing arms a bit. All u do is switch out the wheels, change the belt sprocket and brake rotor because you have to put them on the opposite sides of the Fat Bob wheel. In other words, the Fat Bob wheel has the brake rotor and belt sprocket on opposite sides of the Sportster so you have to switch them around to the right side for the Sportster. Obviously the rims are not gonna be the same but who cares, you can hardly notice the different rear wheel while running.

WHEEL Swap = I do just the OPPOSITE out here in HOOSIER-Land

I take the 13-Spoke alloy WHEELS off of a Sportster -

swap the Brake Rotor & Pulley off to opposite sides & put them on my 1995 DYNA & my 1985 FXR

I like the way you THINK (just the other DIRECTION) :)
