Anyone have this problem before that can respond with a fix for this? I use hand signals and blinkers on all rides, but when the scoot heats up the flashing gets faster/dimmer then eventually solid light, no blinking. ??

Can't say Ive had that happen to me. Have you already tried changing out the flasher relay?

Make sure you don't have an exhaust that is heating up your electrical. I've heard many exhaust header systems "fit the engine" but, when they were designed, the electrical components weren't taken into consideration when heat testing. Or at least enough. Other times, you may have pipes for year XXXX and have a bike that is year YYYY.
