That is a great hourly rate!!! As long as he does good work and doesn't take 4 times longer than most people I'd give em a try

If the guy doesn't think he is worth more than that I don't know if I would want to try him. Maybe after talking to him a bit.....and convincing him that his tool cost is probably $7 and hour.
